Stayy is free to use for all users that want to browse their friends properties. Charging your guests for stays and other fees has unavoidable associated processing fees.

Property owners may also ask for reimbursement for the use and maintenance of their property. This reimbursement is entirely between you and the property owner. As you are  friends we expect you can figure out any disagreements on your own.

Yes, you can ask for per stay cleaning and nightly recommended reimbursement amounts. Stayy makes it easy by letting you put in your paypal email address and/or venmo ID. But collecting payment and approving guest stay requests is entirely up to you. More importantly, reimbursement of any kind is not able to be tracked by Stayy at this time.

Stayy also strongly recommends that you check with your government officials and laws that may impact the legality of accepting money for the use of your property.

Apartments, houses, bedrooms, couches, campgrounds, your extra tent space at burningman. Whatever you like, as long as it's your private accommodations or you have to right to use the property in this way¹.

Yes. You can use Stayy to manage as many properties as you like¹.

Between the Apple app store, Google play store, Facebook login, and all their requirements, it wan't reasonable to maintain anymore. 

The Stayy website is fully functional in your mobile browser. 

Deactivate the property from its management page. While deactivated you'll see a delete button; click that button. Confirm that you want to delete the property listing in the pop-up dialog.
