Getting paid is just as easy. Just put in your Paypal or Venmo id and we’ll send your visitors to the right place to pay you directly. Stayy doesn’t take a huge percentage fee out of your money like Airbnb or those other rental companies do.
You can also approve all stays manually and choose to get paid offline.

How do you get started with Stayy?
- Download the Stayy App on your favorite device. It’s FREE to download.
- Apple App Store – iPhone & iPad
- Google Play – Android devices
- Sign up with your email address.
- Tap on the Stayy logo icon in the top right corner of the app to see your properties and stays.
- Tap the large button that says “Add Property”
Follow the simple steps to add all the detail you want to from there! It’s your friends and family, so there’s a good chance many of them already know the property. But for those that don’t (especially if you are charging for stays) adding photos, address, and a description are nice to see. Of corse you should set basic restrictions like the maximum number of guests that can stay and the least and most nights they can book at a time.
